AV, Content design, literature, branded swag, furniture, overall booth experience. Design a strategy for Pre-Registrations by scheduling fixed meetings with Partners and their customers - Generate custom agendas to meet their particular sales goals. Designed a Themed approach to aligning to the “Military Community” at large. Implemented a 2 team approach - Partner Focused & Booth Demos . Manage daily theme and prizes aside from demos leveraging Splunks use of their branded swag. Report Team wins to the team by recording Demos completed and meetings set. Note improvements for next years involvement.
