

My role at Splunk was to provide and lead all day-to-day operations for the newly formed Federal Division launched producing 14 events throughout North America. Responsible for the oversight of all event logistics and operations management pre and during event Serve as main POC for L&D partners, facilitator, speakers, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders pre and during Onboarding Orientation Develop and ensure standard operating procedures are in place for programs supported by the team globally Work with remote staff effectively and drive consistency of global processes
